Decide how much of the archaeological site interests you
We treat the Terracotta Army as an archaeological visit, not just a photograph of one pit. The official museum guide distinguishes the warrior museum from the mausoleum archaeological park; check what each contains before deciding what interests you.

Choose the City Wall for perspective, not completion
Our reason to consider the City Wall is the view over Xi’an and the surviving defensive structure. Seeing the whole circuit is not a requirement: choose the extent of your visit for your own interest and comfort, rather than treating the wall as a completion challenge.

Separate museum interest from confirmed entry
We recommend the Shaanxi History Museum for historical context, but liking the collection and securing admission are separate questions. Check the official museum and exhibition details, and verify that your reservation succeeded rather than relying on a saved request.
